The Torah does not prohibit slavery, though it provides many laws regarding the procurement and treatment of slaves, and requires their release every 7 years. Slavery was of course common in the ancient world, and only in the last few hundred years has it been mostly abolished. Similarly the Torah contains many laws on crime and justice, such as murder, rape, theft and drunkenness. However there is one glaring exception about which the Torah is silent: child abuse. While man may not lie with man as with a woman, there is no similar prohibition when it comes to children. Whether this is an oversight or loophole, the ultra-orthodox have exploited it to great effect. Child sex abuse is rampant in these communities. This is why they love the Torah and cleave to it for dear life.
The Zionists meanwhile rely on direct biblical commandment in their fantasy of massacring the Palestinians:
When you march up to attack a city, make its people an offer of peace. If they accept and open their gates, all the people in it shall be subject to forced labor and shall work for you. If they refuse to make peace and they engage you in battle, lay siege to that city. When the Lord your God delivers it into your hand, put to the sword all the men in it. As for the women, the children, the livestock and everything else in the city, you may take these as plunder for yourselves. And you may use the plunder the Lord your God gives you from your enemies. – Deuteronomy 20:10-14
No doubt they plan to take full advantage of the loophole when the time comes. Of course, they were born a few thousand years too late. This type of behavior is no longer acceptable. In fact it is an abomination.
The Torah is essentially a breeding handbook for humans. G_d promised his covenant to make us into a great and mighty people. And it worked – we created a great nation and the covenant has been fulfilled. G_d has delivered us not just to the Promised Land, but back to the Garden of Eden.
Lazy breeding resulted in child sacrifice, another practice that was common at the time. G_d found it abominable, and unworthy of a great people. In fact it was the main reason he had to lay down the law. Child sacrifice has mostly been abolished across the world, though we now have modern forms such as addiction and ‘mental illness’ and of course, war.
The fact that pedophilia too is reviled and outlawed is a triumph of human progress, even if we rue its persistence. How could we know this is wrong since it’s not in the Torah? Because we have deemed it an abomination. We have essentially become our own Messiah. Perhaps the appeal of plundering children contributed in a perverse way to the glory of the Catholic Church, now faded.
This is a huge accomplishment, and we can be proud. We are finally holding ourselves accountable for our most secretive and detestable behaviors. Metoo is a similar achievement, even if it has gone too far. The fact is, many of the perpetrators were never told their behavior was unacceptable, and this is why they persisted often for decades. How can you know you are doing wrong if no one tells you? Well now they are finally getting the message. This type of behavior is common in most other parts of the world, even if they deny it. It will not be easy for other cultures to adopt these new mores, but we must demand nothing less.
The antisemitism hysteria in the UK is a cynical and manipulative ploy to vindicate the Balfour Declaration: “See, this is why we needed it.” However a secondary purpose is to deflect from child sexual abuse which is rampant in several Jewish communities. Basically any valid criticism can be met with an accusation of ‘antisemitism’. “Why do you hate us?” the Jews implore the British people. This is a deflection from the real question: “Why do we need to be despised?”
Similarly, the ultra-orthodox community in Brooklyn and Monsey are infested with child sex abuse, corruption and welfare fraud. Justified criticism is met with furious accusations of ‘Jew Hater’. For these Torah lovers awaiting the return of the messiah and the enslavement of the goys, this can be the only possible explanation. Would anyone like to volunteer to tell them?
Just a few years ago our attitude was completely different. We would have blindly defended our religious brethren, resulting in increasing resentments from the wider society, which would have culminated in another holocaust. However we are learning from history and are no longer so eager to sacrifice the most vulnerable among us, even if we can’t later exploit the horror to our advantage. Times changed rapidly – another testament to human achievement.
The ultra-orthodox are under real threat of genocide, in Israel of all places, ironically enough. First of all they refuse to serve in the military, and rightly so, but they are attacked viciously by the police and the violence will only escalate. Secondly, they are being attacked at the Western Wall with the specious and preposterous accusation that they are prohibiting other Jews from praying. Again, this will result in a massacre if Israel doesn’t wake up. The ultra-orthodox may be terrible at raising children, but they are still better than the state. Not to mention, it’s hard to imagine how the Jews can cynically exploit such a pogrom to their advantage.
Autism is another form of modern day child sacrifice. TV shows like The Good Doctor and Atypical fetishize the object of our affection, even as their real world peers launch witch hunts against them in the form of gun control rallies like “March for our Lives”. They claim to be scared and in need of protection: “Will I be next?” To answer a question with a question: “Who did you bully?”
Similarly socialism presents endless opportunities to abuse and exploit children. It will instigate wars and holocausts as it always has. However this is an abomination. Surely we have better things to do with our children than to send them out to kill each other. But what could that be? It’s an existential mystery. Other than living in the Garden of Eden, what else do people have to look forward to in life?
The answer is that we must have a little faith, and G_d will provide just as he gave a ram to Abraham to sacrifice instead of his own precious child. G_d has not only fulfilled his covenant with us, but he has given us the ability to hold ourselves accountable, and even finally plug some of the loopholes he left for us, intentionally or otherwise.
jmore: The Talmud was present in Oral form during Yeshua”s lifetime, it was written later as a commentary on the Torah; which is the Old Covenant. It is important to remember that Yeshua Himself stated: “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them, but to fulfill them. For I tell you truly, until heaven and earth pass away, not a single jot, not a stroke of a pen, will disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. These Hebraic writings and oral traditions were what Yeshua was raised upon, in fact we need them in order to fully understand His references to them within the New Covenant. The religious leaders of Yeshua”s day had lost the “heart of Torah and many other Hebraic writings. It was their lack of living out the Torah that Yeshua had issue with, not the word itself. They were hypocritical, speaking the Law and oral traditions but not living it. This is an age old problem, still present today. KSB
